Please note, agendas are posted 4-5 days prior to the General Membership Meetings and minutes are posted after membership approves them at the following meeting.

YOUR PARTICIPATION AND INPUT ARE VITAL TO THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PLT!

Paid members are encouraged to attend all general membership meetings.  These meetings are the means of communication between the Board and the members.   Do you have something you'd like to be discussed or brought up at the general membership meetings?  If so, please complete the “Contact Us”  form or contact any Board member in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the upcoming General Membership meeting.
