Please note, preliminary agendas are posted 4-5 days prior to the General Membership Meetings for your review.  Unapproved minutes are posted as soon as they are available for your review prior to the upcoming meeting at which time minutes will be approved and later noted as such below.

YOUR PARTICIPATION AND INPUT ARE VITAL TO THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PLT!

Paid members are encouraged to attend all general membership meetings.  These meetings are the means of communication between the Board and the members.   Do you have something you'd like to be discussed or brought up at the general membership meetings?  If so, please complete the “Contact Us”  form or contact any Board member in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the upcoming General Membership meeting.
